    Food units: Grains 2, Fruit 0.5, Dairy 2, Fats and Oils 1

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup unsweeted apple puree
    • 1/2 cup quick oats
    • 7 g chopped raw almonds
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 200 g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
    • 1 cup low-fat milk

    Instructions

    Blend all ingredients until smooth
