Are your Christmas favourites naughty or nice?

Christmas healthy eating

Is your favourite Christmas food worthy of presents or a lump of coal? December has been a marathon of Christmas parties but the Big One is yet to come - and it's not too late to make some healthy choices.

At the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, we actually don't believe any food is simply bad. It may be naughty, maybe, but not bad as long as it's enjoyed with moderation. We call these foods indulgences, and they are a normal part of our weekly menu plans.

Take a look at our list of naughty and nice Christmas foods. Maybe your favourite is on the 'nice' list? If its not, you can use this list as a guide to look for some healthier options!
