    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup high protein milk
    • 100 g silken tofu
    • 1/4 cup rolled oats
    • 1 medium banana
    • 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
    • 2 tsp honey (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
    2. Serve smoothie in a glass for high protein breakfast.
