    Bircher muesli with apple, apricots and almonds

    Prepare this delicious breakfast muesli the night before for a long-lasting energy boost in the morning. 


    • 1 cup rolled raw
    • 2 cups high protein milk
    • 2 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
    • 3 medium apples, any type, grated
    • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
    • 1/3 cups dried apricots, chopped


    1. Place oats, milk, yoghurt and apples in a large bowl. Stir until well combined, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
    2. Serve oats topped with almonds and apricots.

    TIP: You can also top with honey for a sweeter start to the day if you like.
