- 2 cups rockmelon, chopped
- 1 medium banana
- 1.25 cups low-fat milk (1% fat)
- 125g low-fat yoghurt, any flavour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp wheat bran flakes
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
