    Melon and banana smoothie

    A complete breakfast in itself, this breakfast smoothie is a quick and easy way to get the day started with minimal fuss. This healthy smoothie is packed full of goodness to power you through the morning. 


    • 2 cups rockmelon, chopped 
    • 1 medium banana 
    • 1.25 cups low-fat milk (1% fat) 
    • 125g low-fat yoghurt, any flavour
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 4 tbsp wheat bran flakes
    • 1 pinch ground cinnamon 


    Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
