Breakfast: Serves 1
Food units: Grains 2, Fruit 1, Dairy 2, Fats and Oils 1
- 1/2 large mango
- 60 g natural muesli
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 7 g chopped toasted almonds
- A couple of unsalted macadamia
Blend the flesh of the mango, the muesli and milk until smooth. Serve topped with almonds and macadamias.
