    Muesli maca mango smoothie


    Breakfast: Serves 1
    Food units: Grains 2, Fruit 1, Dairy 2, Fats and Oils 1


    • 1/2 large mango
    • 60 g natural muesli
    • 2 cups low-fat milk
    • 7 g chopped toasted almonds
    • A couple of unsalted macadamia


    Blend the flesh of the mango, the muesli and milk until smooth. Serve topped with almonds and macadamias.
