    Overnight oats with berries and yoghurt

    Preparation time 5 minutes - over night

    1 serve = 1.2 units bread and cereal, 1.1 units dairy, 0.8 unit fruit

    Ingredients

    30g rolled oats
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries
    100g low-fat yoghurt

    Instructions

    In a small bowl combine rolled oats and milk and leave in refrigerator to soak (preferably overnight).

    Serve topped with mixed berries or any fruit of your choice and low fat yoghurt.
