0.7 units meat and protein, 1.6 units bread and cereal, 1 unit vegetables, 1 unit healthy oils and fats
- 1 large corn tortilla
- 20 g avocado, mashed
- 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce
- 50 g lean baked Turkey breast
- 1 cup Mixed salad vegetables (e.g. spinach, rocket, cucumber)
- Spread tortilla with avocado and some cranberry sauce.
- Top with turkey and mixed salad ingredients of your choice. Roll to make a tasty wrap.
