    Turkey and cranberry wrap

    0.7 units meat and protein, 1.6 units bread and cereal, 1 unit vegetables, 1 unit healthy oils and fats


    • 1 large corn tortilla
    • 20 g avocado, mashed
    • 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce
    • 50 g lean baked Turkey breast
    • 1 cup Mixed salad vegetables (e.g. spinach, rocket, cucumber)


    1. Spread tortilla with avocado and some cranberry sauce.
    2. Top with turkey and mixed salad ingredients of your choice. Roll to make a tasty wrap.
